Return and Refund Policy

 

Welcome to Geeta Dental Company's return and refund policy. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you.

 

Returns

 

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

 

1. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

   

2. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. It should be free from scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

 

3. Undamaged Packaging: The product’s original packaging should be undamaged.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days based on the original payment method used:

 

- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original bank account used for payment.

  

- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued to your GDC Wallet/loyalty points.

 

Please note:

- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

- If a replacement cannot be provided by the manufacturer, a refund will be promptly initiated.

 

Return Request

 

All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
